Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information are subject to immediate suspension without prior notice.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 8888y immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8888y recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings to further protect your account.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 8888y reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee in accordance with its prevailing inactivity policy, details of which are available upon request from the support team. Members will be notified prior to any fee being applied.
8888y accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Raast Instant Payment System, 1LINK, and GrabPay, subject to availability and any restrictions applicable to your account. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. In the event that a sporting event — including but not limited to PSL cricket matches, international Test matches, or ODI fixtures — is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, 8888y's sportsbook rules as displayed on the platform shall govern the settlement of all affected wagers.

8888y does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
8888y reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 8888y may freeze account funds pending investigation and is under no obligation to release those funds until the investigation is concluded.
You may close your 8888y account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirement obligations attached to active bonus funds must be settled. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks.
